Kim began his career in real estate as an investor in 2009, when he saw an opportunity to build a portfolio of properties in the fastest growing county in Georgia. Through a strong network of contacts, Kim began acquiring bank-owned properties, managed renovations and secured valuable occupants.

Born in St. Petersburg, Russia and raised in Tel Aviv, Israel, Kim was a professional boxer, served as an Intelligence Officer in the Israeli Army and earned a Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine degree from Wingate University in Netanya, Israel.

In his free time, Kim enjoys a healthy lifestyle and can be found working out, running or biking. He is also an avid international traveler and sushi connoisseur.
